Perhaps few readers know his nickname ('Robinson'), used worldwide to denote the list of people who will not be reached by unauthorized commercial communications ...
Well, for over a month (specifically on 31 January mouthful), this list became operational on us too, by virtue of Presidential Decree n.178/2010, but few people know the existence, since, in just over a month, only 1 to 4% of subscribers to telephone books (source: the Sole24Ore on 03 March) joined, adding a further, large gifts to businesses ... after the very existence of the list, that works with the system of so-called ' opt-out. This is because the system for which the Company is not having to ask (or check) prior express willingness on the part of private business proposals to receive, but it is the individual user must register in a list to communicate its express will not want to receive trouble calls, fax, mail etc.. etc.. In practice, it is as if you were to enroll in a list in which no one reported that unauthorized intercom or telephone at any time of day or night, must have been the guiding principle: It is said that someone that does not please. ..
But now, adding insult to injury no one talks about the list, nobody knows, nobody knows where, nobody (or almost) fits, no 'public service announcement' to spread it, leaving companies free to commercial abuse their privilege already overflowing!
But any citizen now has the power to go on the internet, type the address www.registrodelleopposizioni.it , go to the 'subscribers', choose your preferred mode (which, being already on the Internet, we expect to remain as on-line), click on the link that opens the 'overlay', enter your phone number and your data e. .. ZOT! Magically, commercial companies can no longer interrupt you in the beautiful half of your meal break (or your child's afternoon nap struggled), without (at least) run the risk of incurring sanctions from the Market Authority (and the Privacy ?)... And to denounce them, it could be you.
Would you really able to waive that privilege tasty?
